Front-end developer with an aspiration to merge expansive background in art and design with technology.
I recently graduated from Grand Circus, an intensive 10-week coding bootcamp, where I learned the web development skills necessary to devote my passion for art/design to the thriving tech community in Detroit.
My creative career began at Southern Illinois University, where I earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art with emphasis in Oil Painting and a minor in Art History.
After college, I transitioned to making and selling jewelry online. Unsatisfied with the e-commerce sites out there I became interested in web development as a means of accurately representing my creative work.
I quickly grew passionate about Front-end web development and see coding as another medium for me to flex my creative problem solving skills.
